The product is very good, the best thing about it is that you can adjust the length of the band & then paste it. Most bands are pre stitched & are of one size. although the material is elastic but because you can resize it, this makes it best.

I have been using the mueller strap but the velcro has lost its stickiness. I saw the cheap price on this item and the good reviews and thought I would try it. I have mild tennis elbow not excruciating pain . Although this doesnt feel like you are getting support I played about 3 hrs of tennis today pain free. It doesnt have the pad that many straps have as a pressure point. However the neoprene first layer creates mild heat and the outer strap allows for very good tension control. It did not slip at all while playing and I didnt have to readjust the tension. For the money you cant go wrong. As a foot note on the mueller strap when the velcro wears out I used duct tape as an overlay and it works fine for a single use.

In the past I have used a neoprene strap covering the elbow (velcro above and below the joint) to alleviate the pain of tennis elbow. Having read about the mechanics of the problem, I bought this product to pressure the muscles and tendons of the upper forearm. It works on both counts: I can apply as much or as little pressure as I wish, and the wide neoprene inner part (blue in the picture) covers the area of normal pain easily; and using the product avoids any problems after 18 holes of golf. In combination with the recommended exercises, and Penetrex, this strap has eliminated my latest flare-up of tennis elbow much quicker than before. I would recommend it.
