I was so surprised that my product came this quick from the west coast to the east coast in that much of a timely manner, and considering that the shipping was free? I am amazed at the quality of customer care provided in the shipping, as well as the packaging. It arrived compact, fit in my small mailbox, thoroughly wrapped up and protected sealed in a small bubble envelope. The inside box packaging for the product its self was well done in a sealed box within it being plastic wrap and the handcuffs in a paper wrapping and the spare keys attached to the chain via a small ring.The quality of these handcuffs are immaculate! All steel construction, with all mounting hardware holding it together from what I am seeing is welded in place of the solid steel frames. They are heavy duty "police style" handcuffs that can not be bent or easily compromised. They have two chain links, which are welded links...the links aren't simply bent closed like you'd see with toy or costume handcuffs. They double-locking feature is a nice bonus, too. It eliminates wiggle room and ensures you've got a tight, secure lock. The only reason I rated these cuffs less than 5 stars is because the cuffs themselves, the area where the wrist actually goes, is somewhat smaller than I was expecting.
